Simon & Schuster Children’s Books has acquired two new middle-grade books from Onyeka and the Academy of the Sun author Tọlá Okogwu.
The first title in the new deal will publish in spring 2024 and will follow the third Onyeka series about a British-Nigerian girl whose Afro hair has psychokinetic powers.
Look at that amazing blue sprayed edge! Onyeka and the Academy of the Sun now has a special edition exclusive to Waterstones. I think it makes Onyeka’s hair pop even more.
